Our amazing Therapy Dogs were recognized by one of the facilities we visit frequently, Upstate Cancer Center.

Airport Therapy Dog Helps Travelers

Ruth Schussler and her Therapy Dog, Koa have been changing lives and easing the anxiety of travelers at Syracuse Airport. If you are unfamiliar with our airport program SYR PET, you will be pleased to find out that we currently have six dogs along with their humans visiting Syracuse Airport regularly to help ease people while they are away from their families and traveling. As you know, traveling in an airport can be an especially stressful task and just taking a minute to do something like petting a cute dog can truly help calm you down or even just kill the time. If you haven’t seen our Therapy Dogs at the airport yet, keep your eyes peeled – you don’t want to miss them!
