PAWS of CNY Helps SU Launch New Health Magazine

On Monday April 27, PAWS of CNY was invited to attend the launch party of Syracuse University’s new student health magazine. PAWS of CNY volunteer Mary Jane Nathan and her bichon Moxie attended the event.

“The students loved seeing Moxie, and she enjoyed interacting with them as well,” said Nathan. “We had four dogs at the event and the students wanted to interact with each dog.”

PAWS of CNY has participated in several de-stress events at Syracuse University over the past several years. After all of the hard work that the students had put into launching their new magazine, a relaxing launch party was well-deserved.

“I think [Moxie] particularly enjoys interaction with college students because they are so openly thrilled to see her,” said Nathan. Check out the photo gallery below to see how much our PAWS of CNY therapy dogs enjoyed the event as well.
