PAWS of CNY Promotes Wellness with Aspen Fitness

On Thursday June 26 PAWS of CNY volunteers attended the Aspen Fitness Member Appreciation Day in Liverpool. As part of the day’s events, PAWS of CNY volunteers provided information to members about the benefits of pet therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Volunteer Tom O’Connell who attended with his golden retrievers Daphne and Decoy stated that the event was very well received and that there was a lot of excitement among the facility’s staff for PAWS of CNY’s visit. Volunteer Carolyn Fitzgerald and her Sheltie, Tootsie, also attended the event, providing smiles and excitement to the members and staff members at the facility.
