Non-Certified Volunteer Waiver Form
A non-certified volunteer waiver form can be found here. This form should be completed, signed if you obtain advance permission (from the Board of Directors) to bring a non-certified individual to a pet therapy visit to observe, or if you are a human-only volunteer for PAWS of CNY.
